With a meticulous eye for detail, and the ability to fix most anything, Ray’s presence at Grand Colony Island Villas helps provide the best experience for our guests. Ray is the Supervising leader of a 5-man maintenance team at our resort. With over 5 years under his tenure belt, Ray is most familiar with the ins and outs of the resorts’ operations. His energy is unmatched, and his dedication to his job and team is unyielding. When asked what he finds worthwhile about his role, ray exclaimed, “It’s a great learning experience for me and being able to meet new people is such a privilege”. Hailing from Santa Elena, Cayo, Ray is the father of two young daughters. In his spare time, Ray enjoys fishing and reading literature of interest.
