In just one year, Nathaly has proved herself worthy of two integral roles; Supervising the Housekeeping Department and Managing the Front Desk. Nathaly who hails from Belize City, is in-charge of ensuring all resort needs are met, work is delegated among employees and ensuring all the villas are up to industry standard. While serving in this capacity, Nathaly enjoys meeting new people, learning about different backgrounds and seeing her staff members flourish in their respective roles. Outside of work, Nathaly is a single mother of one child, Owen, who she claims is her sole inspiration and motivation.
