*A 1 night deposit is required when doing a reservation and the balance is due 7 days before the arrival date.
*If the reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required.
*If the reservations was made through a travel agent, it is the travel agent’s responsibility to insure that the deposit and/or full payment has been paid.
*We will need a signed credit card authorization form to charge your card if you make a reservation by telephone or email. The form will be emailed to you.
*Your receipt and reservation number will be emailed to you after your reservation is confirmed.
*Check-in is at 3:00pm, check-out at 11:00am.
*A signed credit card imprint and your passport number will be needed at check-in. No incidental charges will be placed on your credit card without prior notice. Your passport number is required by government mandate via the Belize Tourism Board, under the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Civil Aviation.
*8 Days or more prior to Arrival Date: Full Refund (Less $100 Service Fee)
*No Refunds will be authorized for no shows, unused portion of stay or cancellation of the reservation within 7 days prior to arrival. This includes any cancellation due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest, natural disasters or health issues.
*If Guests are required to evacuate the Hotel for any reason,we will issue a Credit Voucher valid for 1 year for any remaining days.
*Credit cards accepted are VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.
*Card is billed in Belize Dollars (BZ $) at an exchange rate of BZ $2.00 for US $1.00.
