Please note the following:

• 9% Belize Tax applicable to room rate and not included above
• Children 12 or younger sharing with parents stay free - 1 child per parent
• 3 or more children is subject to the Additional Guest charge
• All rates are European Plan (no meals included), and they are listed in US Dollars, per night.
• Daily maid service is included.
• Free Shuttle Transportation from Island Airport to Resort and from Resort to the airport.
• Guest will pay for cab if cab is taken to the resort.
• Minimum Length of Stay:
  • Thanksgiving Week - 3 nights minimun stay
  • Christmas week and New Year's week - 5 nights minimum stay
  • January, February, and March - 2 night mininum stay

Deposit & Payments:

A deposit amount equal to the room rate for 2 nights is required to secure a reservation.  Deposit must be received within two (2) days following the confirmation of the reservation. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival or the reservation will be cancelled. If full payment is not received 30 days prior to arrival date, the entire deposit will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.

If you have made a reservation through a travel agent, it is your travel agent's responsibility to insure that your deposit and/or full payment have been paid to Grand Colony Villas.  We are not responsible for any losses or cancellations due to non-compliance and non-payment by your travel agent.


Cancellation & Refunds:

The following policies will apply in case of cancellation:

• 60 days or more prior to arrival date: Full Refund, less USD$150 Cancellation Fee.
• 30 to 59 days prior to arrival: 50% Refund.
• 30 days or less prior to arrival: NO Refund. This includes any cancellation due to airline delays, strikes, political unrest, or acts of God – including hurricanes.
• No refund for no-show or any unused portions of accommodation.

If guests are required to evacuate the hotel for any reason, we will issue a credit voucher valid for one year for any remaining days.
